Hungkuang treats all customers equally, from OEM orders of 100 pieces to 10,000 pieces. We do our best to meet any customers need. In addition to help your brand with products design and production, we control the process and details during production strictly. Hungkuang also offer suitable suggestions to each customers based on everyone’s different needs. "Everything starts from the customer's point of view" is one of the principles Hungkuang upholds.

1. Send inquiry/contact to Hungkuang
2. Send 3D file with specifications and order quantity
3. Hungkuang design team will read the file
4. Business team quotation
5. Choose to produce 1:1 wax sample or actual sample
6. Collect sample fee and shipping fee (50% deposit and 50% balance payment)
7. Send samples (confirm samples)
8. Feedback whether it needs to be modified/confirm whether to start production
9. Collect bulk order deposit (50% deposit)
10. Start to produce bulk goods
11. Production, QC completed
12. Notify the customer of the available shipment quantity
13. Collect the final payment and freight for bulk goods (50% final payment)
14. Shipping the goods
